Haematococcus
Haematococcus is a genus of green algae which, under so-called “stressful” conditions, has the capacity to produce a red pigment: astaxanthin . This pigment creates a protective field around the algae, guaranteeing its survival in hostile environments (high temperatures or sunlight or even lack of water for example). The initially green algae takes on a reddish color as it produces and loads with astaxanthin.
The astaxanthin contained in Haematococcus is a super antioxidant that has been studied in numerous scientific studies. Its antioxidant power is 80 times more effective than vitamin E!
We use Haematococcus in B-Cell for its astaxanthin content.
The approach is to support overall well-being as part of a balanced diet and healthy lifestyle.
