CHOCO-ADAPTOGEN GRANOLA

Ingredients :

3 cups gluten-free (or regular) oatmeal

⅓ cup hemp seed

1 cup raw hazelnuts, finely chopped

1 cup raw walnuts, roughly chopped

1 cup raw pumpkin seeds

½ cup pure maple syrup

½ cup melted coconut oil

⅔ cup raw cocoa powder

1 teaspoon of pure vanilla extract

1 teaspoon of pink salt

¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon

6 capsules of your favorite treatment ( optional)

Recipe :

Preheat the oven to 175°C and line 2 baking trays with baking paper.

In a large bowl, combine the oats, hemp seeds, hazelnuts, walnuts and pumpkin seeds. In a small bowl, whisk together the maple, coconut oil, cocoa, vanilla, pink salt and cinnamon. Pour the liquid mixture over the dry ingredients and mix well.

Spread the granola mixture evenly on the baking sheets. Bake for 7 minutes, then mix, turn and spread onto the baking sheets again. Cook for another 15 minutes. Then remove from the oven, sprinkle the 6 B-Vitality capsules , mix and leave to cool completely on the plate.

It's ready to eat! You can mix it with coconut yogurt and seasonal fruit, or put it on top of a smoothie bowl, sprinkled with oatmeal, or as a grab-and-go snack throughout the day!
