Comforting pumpkin drink

Ingredients :

1 cup of hot water

¼ cup almond/coconut/creamy or vegetable milk of your choice

1 tablespoon cooked pumpkin

1 tablespoon of maple syrup

½ teaspoon chai powder

2 B-Vitality capsules

Recipe :

Add all ingredients to a blender and pulse thoroughly until ingredients are well mixed. Serve immediately or pour into an airtight container.
